As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Window Replacement including frames and wood rot repair. HELP!
We are closing on a house Sept 15th, and during the inspection we found out that the windows on the Four Season Sunroom have to be replaced (Wood Rot) and that their was a Quote given to the previous owners 5 years ago for the same windows and they never did anything about it (We know the owner of the company that looked at those windows)
We are trying to determine the cost to replace all these, we have a contractor going in later this week to give us a quote. At that point we can ask seller for $$ or just suck it up ourselves. I just have no idea what the cost will be - 5K? 15K? 25K?
