Does LV repair their bags if I bring it to the store?

As long as it's authentic, you can take it to any LV store, they take your bag send it to their repair shop, which I think it's in CA, then you will recieve a call with an estimate for the cost of repair, once you pay the amount, then they will fix your bag and send it back to the store. It usually takes a while, depending on what the repair is.
of course
