Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Substitue for skirt steak?
I have two recipes that I want to try that both call for skirt steak. Here is one of the recipes (I can't find the link to the other one):

I can't find skirt steak anywhere. What can I substitute for the skirt steak?

This. It might take a little longer to cook, though. All the flank steaks I've gotten have been thicker than skirt steaks.
