boneless skinless chicken breast instead of thighs?
I have this recipe that calls for boneless, skinless chicken thighs. DH and I aren't fans of thigh meat. Can I use boneless skinless chicken breasts instead?

ETA: Just had to share that I made the tangy cilantro chicken tacos with boneless skinless chicken breasts last night. Wow!!! Yummy! You gotta try this!
