Re: Wed: What's for dinner tonight?
I think I'll just warm up the leftovers from the crockpot lasagna I made on Sunday! It turned out great! I edited my recipe a little bit but heres the one I went off of.

That stew does sound yummy! will you share the recipe?
I took ground turkey out of the fridge to make lasagna forgetting that I needed to use up some panchetta and green beans. So I might make the lasagna for dinner and a panchetta and green bean risotto for lunch the rest of the week.
Wednesday Night is my kickball nights, so H and I are typically on our own for dinner, unless he waits for me, in which case I pick up Chipotle on my way home.
YUM.

I will share--here's the recipe I found.
http://www.lhj.com/recipe/stews/stewed-moroccan-chicken/
It is really flavorful--H was a bigger fan than I was, but I'm not that big of a fan of cous cous anyway. The chicken was really tender, however, and I chowed down on that and the legumes! I'd give it a try for sure!
Also--I made my cous cous doubled--2 cups of water, 2 cups cous cous, a little bit of olive oil and a little bit of salt in the boiling water, throw the cous cous in and let sit for 5 minutes works great!
