Need some help and opinions please
Hi ladies,
My name is Kristen. I am currently living in Oklahoma City, OK. I visited my aunt in Savannah about 7 years ago and absolutely fell in love. I have wanted to move to Georgia (Savannah area) ever since. However, the chance never really presented itself. Well I just recently lost my job here so that's not holding me back now. Anyway, I am seriously considering the move now and wanted to see if any of you could give me any insight as to where would be the best place to start looking around that area? Good/bad neighborhoods, towns, etc. Also anywhere that would be good to start looking for a job down there? Thanks in advance!

I would look at the islands- Wilmington, Whitmarsh, for places to live. Tybee is expensive, southside is crowded and downtown can be sketchy but there are a lot of nice neighborhoods. The burbs aren't too bad either, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Garden City
Jobs- what do you do for a living? Gulfstream is a large employer, there are a few hospitals, and the tourism industry is pretty big- hotels, restaurants, etc.

I worked at a bank for the past 6 years. 4 years as a teller, and 2 years in bookkeeping. Not sure if I want to stay in that type of work or try something new. But I will definitely need a good job asap.
