Food for cat with IBD?

My eldest cat (9 yo) was just diagnosed with IBD. We started him on prednisolone and they gave him Hill's W/D. I don't want to keep feeding him this as we have been on a grain free diet for at least a couple years - so I need recs for a grain free that is high in fiber and good for cats with IBD. A friend suggested Orijen, but I'm open to other suggestions.

My 6 year old foster cat has IBD and the Rx food was not helping neither was prednisone so I recently switched him to raw food and he loves it. It has helped tremendously! It is really easy, I just thaw 3 medallions for him and I give him 1.5 in the morning and 1.5 in the evening. This is the brand I am feeding him.
