Can I just say you are so pretty?
I like the whole look pretty much as is. I would leave the hair up (but I am partial to that look as I think it is very sophisticated) and I would probably have a jazzier lip color, not necessarily darker, just something a little less neutral.
Other than that, gorgeous!
I vote hair down and straightened with the chandelier earrings. But if you prefer your hair up (also lovely), I think the drop earrings are better.
I agree with LMW about the lipstick.
