I buy boneless pork steaks all the time at Winco, and I usually rub it with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and then I fry it in vegetable oil. It tastes really great, and my hubby and really likes it, but it seems like I cook it the same way allllll the time. Can anyone recommend a new way to make them?

Re: Boneless Pork Steaks
Brown and bake with sauerkraut.
I like to dip in olive oil and coat in wheat germ,
bake in oven on a rack.
In a crock pot with alot of onions and peppers with a little
water and soy sauce.
These are the easiest.
