How to list a temp job on resume
DH graduated with his degree in Pharmaceutical Research, but was working in a warehouse all through college. Earlier this year, he was hired on as a temp employee in a research lab. Now, he is updating his resume.
How do we list the temp position? Do we put the company's name he has been working AT or the temp agency? Would you acknowledge that it is a temp job?

Yes, you do say it is a temp job you would put something along the lines of Temp at Xyz Company - did a, b, c - 2011 to 2012. I don't think you need to list the temp agency. If asked then say what agency. You want to make yourself look good on a resume. List the most important aspects of that job such as the company name. The name of the company temped at says more then the temp agency name. Especially if it is related to his degree and the job he is applying for.
ETA: If the job title is the eye catcher and most important list that first. If the company is more important and impressive list that before job title. But every job ever held must be presented the same way. Job 1 title- business- years, job 2 title- business - years, etc.
I had a temp job years ago. I was told to list the company I worked for "C/o" (in care of) then list the staffing agency that found me the job lead.
For example, I worked as a secretary at a railroad company temporary. So this how I was told to list it on my resume:
Union Tank Car Company C/O Westaff Staffing Agency
(I put my job title above the company's name)
