Really Short Term Health Insurance?
My husband will start on my insurance on Sept. 1st but his ends this week and we just found out that there will be that gap. Any suggestions on companies that offer 1 - 2 week health insurance?

Why is his insurance ending. If it is due to job loss...you may want to look at COBRA (again, if it is due to job loss, he should have received a notice informing him about COBRA). I may be wrong (that's likely to happen), but I believe with COBRA, if you opt not to pick up right away, you can do so retroactively if something should happen. Otherwise, seems almost pointless to search for health insurance to cover for such a short period of time (unless he has health problems.
