Saw this LV bag on a local yard sale site...wdyt? real?

I asked the seller - if its authentic. she said yes. what do yall think? I am going to head out in a bit and take a look @ it ...
anything i should look for to see if it is..
I am even thinking about going with it to our local LV store and having them ck it out but not sure on how to do it before buying it.
btw she is asking $100 for it.
Re: Saw this LV bag on a local yard sale site...wdyt? real?
I can't see the photos from my work computer, but check for the date code. I strongly suggest that you get on The Purse Forum and familiarize yourself with the bag.
If it was a real LV bag, why is she selling it at a yard sale?
This. I would be skeptical.
I opened the picture on my iphone, the tell tell sign of the bag being fake is that the color of the vachetta (the tan leather) is wrong, when new the vachetta would be light, but when it gets used, the vachetta will change color also called patina. The buckles also look like they don't have the heft and weight that of a real LV.
BTW, most LV stores do not authenticate, unless you have a best friend who works there and she will do it outside the store!
It's hard to see in the pics but it doesn't look real to me. Sorry
Also, agree with PP on the features and stamp.
