Re: (Untitled)

  • My husband is so darn nerdy, but I absolutely love it. I'm sort of the same way though, so it's nothing new for me! :)

    Holiday Anniversary Anniversary
  • Husband and I are both nerdy, though I'm the one who dresses up for cons. Date night for us is curling up on the couch and watching Classic Doctor Who.
  • My husband is a huge nerd and when I first met him, I was not into him AT ALL. He started programming at the age of 10, majored in Computer Science, and works in the field of Robotics Research. So yeah, he is a NERD. However, I really enjoyed dating nerds before I was with him. They try harder, I know computer language after dating them, and as for my husband, I am smarter because of him. I disagree with the previous posters about not marrying individuals with a personality aspect you despise. "Hate" is a strong word but its okay to strongly dislike some aspects of your husbands personality. As long as you recognize that you can accept those features about him and see through to what you really enjoy about his personality/way of being, than its acceptable. For example, I really despise my husband's sloppiness. But I (we) have learned to work through it. His ambition and big heart definitely make up for that sloppiness though!
