Putting an offer on a home...
H and I are putting an offer on a home today! We're excited but this is the first time either have us have done this. For all home owners - is there anything that you learned during this process (everything from putting an offer to closing) that you wish you would have known beforehand? Any advice is helpful!

First of all, congrats! That is wonderful- I hope it works out for you!
We worked with a realtor so he kind of took care of everything for us. The only regret I have is that I wish I had offered lower. They took my first offer so I feel like I could have gone a bit lower- I will never know!!
Thanks! We're working with a realtor, too so that helps to make things easier. We just went back and forth on how much to offer because we need as much sellers assist as we can get. How much difference was there between your offer and the listing price?
