Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WTH...HUD get your act together!!!
Just found out that the State of Michigan just put a tax lein on all HUD homes being sold......so that means we cannot move forward until this is resolved!!!! 
SOOOO FRUSTRATAED....so us and all these people in the process of buying a HUD home is SCREWED!!! I hope they get it straightened out fast so we can close.
The only "plus" is that if we decide to proceed then our extension fee is waived which may work in our favor since our closing was being held up in the first place by underwriting because they had an escrow issue...so now we won't have to pay while waiting for underwriting to finish and so if they continue on thier in we will have the clear to close and just have to wait on HUD
