Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Stolen from E08. Prop 8 - ACLU filing petition
ACLU has filed a petition with the state court on Prop 8. Prop 8 was said to be an amendment, NOT a revision. But, it WAS a revision, since the law was already in place granting gay people the right to marry. Creating a revision verses an amendment is a different process (or so I'm told. I don't understand everything).
