I made these last night, I didn't do the pickled onions, I omitted the butter and didn't miss it, I also served them on whole wheat hamburger buns. Make them TONIGHT and thank me tomorrow. Seriously though, I had forgotten about them and then thought of them yesterday they were yummy again and the kid chowed down, they are great for parties too on slider rolls.
