I just bought this beautiful Lilly Pulitzer dress online today...it was on sale, big time, and I really want to wear it to a wedding that we're going to on 9/15.
I just have no idea what color shoes/jewelry/purse we match best....any ideas?

is the bottom navy blue? i can't tell on my monitor, it's a cute dress though!
my first instict was gold shoes, not sure why. i really like gold against navy blue, so maybe some gold bangles? i wouldn't wear a necklace with it because of the neckline, i'm not sure the best type of purse to go with it, though. maybe a clutch that matched one of the colors on top? that would be cute

Yes it's navy blue at the bottom.
I do actually have some cute gold strappy sandals that would work and also some gold bangles...After looking at the pic of the model in the dress I was panicking that I would have to buy navy blue shoes when I really can't afford an entire new outfit!

I was also going to suggest navy blue shoes or hot pink ones to match the top.
If you don't have those though, then I think a silver, gold, or nude shoe would look good too!
I go with either gold or nude shoes and gold jewelry. But, I'd go easy on the accessories, it's a busy (I don't mean busy in a bad way) dress and you'll overwhelm yourself. A few gold bangles or a small bracelet and some gold studs would be perfect, I think.

This is what I was thinking - the dress is bold, so I'd tone down the accessories. I love nude shoes!
perfect! I have nude, gold, or nude heels/sandals with gold accents on them, so I'll try all three pairs on and see which one looks best. Thanks ladies
