I also wondered how old you are. Why would his parents want to wait for grandkids?! But I would also hope that they butt out of your marriage.
I can understand where you are coming from though. Originally I married my husband because HE wanted kids and now he doesn't even want to talk about it. All I know is that he still very much wants them.
I think guys panic a little when the thought of them become real. You haven't been married very long, try to relax and the time will come.
