Buying a "fixer upper" in the cleaning and decorating dept. NEED HELP!
Hey yall!
I in the process of buying a house with my SO. The house is in really good shape structurally, but it needs a lot of help in the cleaning and DIY stuff. My first priority is, of course, to clean it. The previous owner had several dogs who pretty much ran the house. There is an overwhelming smell of urine in one room. We plan on replacing the floors, but what can we use on the wall and ceiling to get the smell out? Any other tips as I embark on this process??
Thanks!

Stock up on Kilz - this can do on the flooring and walls before you paint or lay flooring.
Fresh paint will only cover some odor but Kilz is highly recommended.
