Help! Need to eat 2 cups of plain yogurt TODAY!

While going through my fridge, I found a container of plain yogurt expiring today (my husband doesn't always remember to check expiration dates, but hes improving) So does anyone know any good yogurt centered recipes to make for dinner?

Bake something.  In a lot of recipes you can substitute yogurt for sour cream if it is being baked.

Don't worry about it. The dates are recommendations, but items, especially yogurt, will not magically go bad at midnight on that date.

This.  For dairy I usually use worry free for 7 days after the expiration date.  Unless it smells funky, you're good.

I just thought of this, but if you're still looking for recipes...something with tzatsiki sauce is always good.  Or an Indian inspired dish.  Yogurt makes a good marinade, esp. if it's greek yogurt.

Thanks for the suggestions. My husband will NOT eat ANYTHING after the expiration date, and 2 cups is just too much for me to eat in a week. My husband decided to make tacos and he will have LOTS of yogurt instead of sour cream
