WHAT GOES WITH SHORT RIBS?
As you can see by my subject I do not cook alot. I would like to learn. My boyfriend is 5'9 260lbs and loves 2 eat. He has been working really hard lately and I would like to cook for him on Saturday(our 2 year old will be gone and 5 mnth old sleeps early). Problem? The only meat I have are country style ribs(pork...i guess) We are a young family just starting out so we are on a very tight budget...any advice will suffice.

Can't go wrong w/ meat and potatoes for a guy like that!
I would say roast some potatoes with carrots and onions... maybe some squash or broccoli thrown in there.
