Re: Anyone home? Weekend plans?

  • Tonight: I have to go pick up a dress that I ordered, it's about 25 minutes away, so I'm waiting for DH to get home and we're going to head out together. Possibly grab some dinner, nothing crazy.

Saturday: I have to do some major cleaning around this place, it is pretty bad. Especially with school starting next week, I need to get organized at home.

Sunday: Running a 5K in the a.m.! Then probably passing out later!

So ridiculously jealous... you have no idea, lol! :)  Can you pack me in your suitcase?

  • Just relaxing tonight. I'm a week ahead now on my lesson plans and I need to work hard to keep it that way. I have all my plans done/copies made, etc. I even have the course that I am leading curriculum development for completely done for the year. I just need to work with the teachers to teach them how to teach it but I'm all set! :)

Tomorrow: I need to take the girls to the vet for their shots so I can look into a one day/week doggie day camp. Oh how I wish I could do two days. It's totally what they need but MAN is it pricey! At some point, Jacob is coming over and we are going to hang out. Time has been precious lately so I am looking forward to some quality time with him.

Sunday: Church and I think we are either going for a bike ride or to the gym afterwards depending on how hot it is.

HOPEFULLY a lot of SLEEP!! :)

I am so jealous! That sounds sooo good!

Friday we did nothing important. Today is cleaning, grocery, errands and gender party. Sunday is sleeping... That's it. Just sleeping ha!

  • MIL left this morning (saturday).  We are having our big end of summer BBQ tonight.  This is the first year it is kid friendly.  Not that kids would have been unwelcome before, but now that we have one of our own we encouraged others to bring theirs.

Probably no one remembers, but i"m sure I B&M'd on here last year because so many people didn't RSVP and then barely anyone actually showed up.  This year we have had a few last minute cancellations already.  I'm hoping we get a good turn out.  The weather is not as great as it has been.

Sunday we are going to a First Birthday Party for a girl from my baby group.

  • Trying to spend the last weekend before school starts relaxing my right side as much as possible, but it's hard when there's always something that needs to be done.  H just finished painting the bathroom and as soon as Dylan goes to sleep and wakes up we're heading to fil's to swim and cookout.  Dylan has been in bed for almost an hour, but he's not sleeping. ::sigh::
