Finally Bought a Dutch Oven- Need Recipes!
I finally broke down and bought myself a cast iron enamel dutch oven. It's not a Le Creuset, but I can still dream. I'm dying to use it, but I need some recipe ideas. I would love to know everyone's favorite dutch oven recipes.

I made this recipe last week: Spinach Lasagna Rollups with Slow Simmered Meat Sauce.
Just the sauce is made in the dutch oven, but the meal was delicious!
