Where did you go for your HM?  Would you go back?- haven't gone yet, will go on one in winter, but H is keeping it a secret.

Favorite food?- I'm Italian, so I love homemade Italian food.

What do you like best about your job?-   When the well behaved kids are able to have fun. I also like being able to get hugs from the little ones.

If you could change anything about your life right now what would you change? - Honestly, I think I would try to find a new job. I really want my own classroom and the freedom to teach how I would like. I think learning is done best through exploration.

favorite holiday?  Christmas, I love Christmas. In fact, I already started my Christmas presents and decorations. 

wine or beer? Depends on my mood, most of the time I would have to say Wine, but sometimes I can go for a good beer.

 chicken or steak?  I prefer Chicken over steak  unless I'm on my period. Then I crave red meat like nobody's business.

How did you and your H meet?  We were both working for the same store under the Calvin Klein company. The first thing I said to him after Hi was, great a boy, now we can take out the trash. Calvin Klein has a strange rule where women cannot take the trash out.

How did he propose?  It was New years and we went for a walk by the WI River. We stopped at a park which was decorated, and he got down on one knee in 3 feet of snow. It was perfect. 

What is it about him that sets him apart from everyone else you dated?  Honestly- he didn't hit me, yell at me, or try to force me to do things I didn't want to do. I only dated one other guy before H, but he was a bad boy, which I was drawn too at the time. 

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?  Hopefully in my own classroom, or raising a family. If we can afford it, H and I would like me to be a SAHM

Do you speak any other languages?  Yes, Spanish, Italian and a little bit of French.

What's your biggest hobby?  I knit. I used to do it a lot, but haven't much after my grandma passed. She taught me and that made it hard, but I  still do it. 

Favourite TV show?  Greys Anatomy. 

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?  I really want to go to Italy and Ireland.

What's your favourite thing about H?  I love the way he can make me laugh, smile, and how when he holds me, it's like my body is calm. 

How many kids do you want (if any)?  H and I would like to have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. But we will take what God gives us.

What is your favorite holiday tradition?  growing up we would go to church on Christmas eve. While we were at church Santa would make an early pit stop and bring us new Pj's and fill our stockings.  We would change into those and then have a picnic (with picnic food) under the Christmas Tree and open our Stockings.  I loved it. H and I want to try something similar.

 

What is your favorite type of music? Favorite artist?

  I like a variety of music, I don't really have a favorite. I do really enjoy listening to Phil Collins and to Kelly Clarkson.

What is your favorite thing to bake or cook?   I love to make good, old fashion Italian pasta dishes, and I love to bake cookies.

What are some of your favorite Italian dishes to make?  the good old traditional sauce, and any thing with egg plant. 

Would you be willing to share the recipes (I love Italian food but don't know how to make many dishes)?  Maybe....I've have  a lot of them as  family secrets I can give tips and share some simple ones. 

Favorite date day/night activity? Mini- golf followed by a nice dinner.

Best advice you received for the wedding day?  I don't remember...oh yeah, "Make sure to eat and have a glass of wine."

Best advice you received for life after the wedding?  Make sure to have food in the house, it keeps men happy.
