anyone getting a mortgage from an online lender?
wondering if anyone here has had experience with an online lender for their mortgage (non brick & mortar institution).
we have gotten some estimates from a few local banks like Wells Fargo and also some local brokers like FBC and Fidelity but we were curious about some of the online lenders b/c the rates seem more competitive.
any feedback or comments/suggestions greatly appreciated!!
