SONYMA loan
Was hoping to see if anyone here applied for their mortgage thru SONYMA? We went thru CitiBank as the processors but the mortgage comes from a program offered by SONYMA. We gave Citibank everything (I mean everything) they requested and SONYMA still has not given us a response, 2 weeks later. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions? I'm getting anxious because I'm renting and need to get a move out date to my landlord but I can't because I'm not sure we're going to get approved by our closing date of August 31st. Is it even possible to get the mortgage approved and do the closing on the same day? Any info would help.
