So we decided to walk away from the land
We decided to walk away from the first two lots that we were considering because they both had a gas easement. After talking with the gas company we decided it was nothing but a hassle because we would have no yard to use.
The new lot we have found is in a new development. I put a call into my realtor for her to come out and list our house. I'm so stressed because we have to put 5k down in order to reserve the land but they only hold it for a month- a month and a half.
And the saga continue...
