Hi,
My husband and I are planning a trip to Chicago in mid November, probably the 14 thru the 20 from Baton Rouge, LA.
We are debating on whether we should drive or fly. Being from Louisiana, we rarely have to deal with snow/ice so we don't think we would do very well with driving in it. I know there is no definite way of knowing, but I was hoping someone could tell me if you all typically have icy roads around that time of year.
Thanks in advance!
Jamie
Re: Chicago in November?
More often than not we don't get much snow until December, last year we basically went the whole winter without a significant snowfall and unless it's a real blizzard the streets will be cleaned off in a day. I think you'd be fine driving.
