Re: (Untitled)

  • how many square feet is the lot? i had the same exact problem..just posted about it last week!!

we don't have a house yet, but was torn between 2 houses. can you describe the yard and size?

  • If its too late and your husband is happy with the house then it's a lot like we say on the weddings board... Once you've bought your dress, stop looking. You've decided on a house, stop looking! :P

If you are both concerned about compromising maybe it's time to take a step back. Although the house sounds great, the small yard isn't something you can change later. If you keep looking you may be able to find a similarly sized house on a bigger lot that may need a little more work inside, but that's something that can be done later.

  • We got the 4 car garage, but I would trade it in a second for 4200 sqft.  We don't need a big garage like that and we never spend time out there.  I know what you mean about thinking about what you didn't get though.  We didn't get the acreage we wanted, so some of our plans had to be altered.  I love the house though!
