As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

how many square feet is the lot? i had the same exact problem..just posted about it last week!!
we don't have a house yet, but was torn between 2 houses. can you describe the yard and size?
If its too late and your husband is happy with the house then it's a lot like we say on the weddings board... Once you've bought your dress, stop looking. You've decided on a house, stop looking! :P
If you are both concerned about compromising maybe it's time to take a step back. Although the house sounds great, the small yard isn't something you can change later. If you keep looking you may be able to find a similarly sized house on a bigger lot that may need a little more work inside, but that's something that can be done later.
