Cream of Celery or Mushroom Soup?

I've been on a mini chicken potpie kick lately, using biscuit dough in a cupcake tray that I found on Pinterest.  My vegeterian cousin is coming over tomorrow afternoon, and since I work all day, I was planning on making them since they are quick & easy.  I'm adding extra veg in place of the chicken, and need to swap out the cream of chicken soup.  Which would you use - cream of celery or mushroom?  The veggies are a frozen blend of okra, green beans, and lima beans.

i agree iwth jaime. skip the CoC all together or make your own. there's no reason to put that stuff in a pot pie. they're simple to begin with. it's usually making the crust that takes time. since you're using biscuit dough then you've alleviated that issue.

I know that I can make my own cream of ...  soup, but it's not an option for tomorrow. 

I ended up going with cream of brocolli soup since I think the taste will blend better with the veggie mix I'm using.

But as you've said thats not an option, i would go for mushroom.
