Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cheesecake baking question
I haven't made a cheesecake in a springform pan in a few years. I can't recall, when I pull it out of the oven when it is done baking, should the middle be jiggly? The middle of the one I just made is and I'm wondering if I underbaked it. I had it in the oven for 50 minutes then turned off the oven and left it in there for 30 minutes before pulling it out.
