Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

1. I would definitely treat it as an interview just so that you are dressed appropriately and prepared. Review your resume, ask about the company culture, ask about the position, what would be expected of you, make sure it isn't a temp position,etc. You have the option here, obviously they are interested in you, make sure you are interested in the company and that it would be worthwhile for you to leave.
2. This is where it gets trickier. I work in a different industry (Electrical Manufacturing) so for us, you must wear closed-toed shoes that we can put ESD caps on for guests and then there are "smocks" that are issued to visitors. I would try asking the head hunter that contacted you. I would just ask something along the lines of "What would appropriate footwear be for the facility tour because I want to make sure I am prepared?"
