Mexican Fiesta
Hi- My husband and I are hosting my family at our house for Labor Day. Originally we were going to do the usual Burgers, brats, etc, however it's supposed to rain all weekend. Now we are leaning towards a big mexican feast. There will be 7 adults (1vegetarian) & 2 kids. Any suggestions of easy things we can make for a group. TIA!
