What exactly is Romney's plan to fix our economy?

Tax cuts for rich people, so that they can take that money they saved on taxes and spend it on creating American jobs out of the goodness of their hearts. Because they totally won't take it and invest it in foreign companies or stash it in accounts in the Cayman Islands.

Where are all of the Republicans in this thread?  Are they too busy calling Obama a Muslim and cracking racist jokes about kool-aid to answer a real question?

This election is about two things: the economy and human rights.  So, Republicans.  This specific thread is about the economy.

Someone please tell us what Romney's plan is to fix it and how it's different from what all of the other Republican presidents have been doing over the past few decades.

Also, please, tell me how Romney will spend less than Obama or even Clinton did.  Based on the plans they're presenting and the history of those exact same plans in the hands of Bush.
