too confusion, long time to sit on the desk  and face to computer because of my work, now more and more fat on my waist , please suggest some useful method to remove the fat from my wait    ,urgentlyTongue Tied

  • There are actually a lot of at-your-desk exercises available to keep you active. And definitely get up at least once an hour. Of course, it WILL take time.

    Other adjustments if possible:
    - Start parking farther away at work. It may be a PITA but those extra steps will help you.
    - Don't eat at your desk. 
    - Walk during your lunch break. I don't care how silly you look wearing business attire with tennis shoes, you're getting in shape!
    - Wear ankle weights and do leg lifts at your desk.

  • I sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair (don't know if you could do that). It has really helped cinch in my waist because I have to balance myself and can't slouch.

  • There are a lots of tips that can help you to keep your waist fit and slim. All you need to do is drink 8 glasses of water daily, there by maintaining a diet chart that includes fruits and vegetables and protein rich food like beans, lean fish. Work out daily that includes twist crunches inorder to be able to slim your physique. Also lie on the floor with your feet touching to the ground with the knees bent and keep your both hands behind the head and try to lift your left shoulder and touch it to the right knees. Repeat this exercise for both the sides.
