As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Inspection and Apprasial is done, now what?
We just heard back today that our appraisal came in good, as well as the FHA inspection. What's next? Our mortgage lender said that we could even close earlier than predicted, however we are going to hold off and take advantage of one more month of cheap rent.
I feel like this was our last hoop to jump through, so please warn me if I am wrong!
