Garage remodle
We are wanting to convert out 300-400sq ft garage into a little family/entertainment room. We will be doing the work ourselves. We will have to add probably 2 air ducts, add a wall where the garage door is, insulation, and sheet rock. I am just curious what this should run us. I have had two different people tell me $500-$1000. We live in Oklahoma so I am guessing that is about right but I still don't 100% convinced. I know I won't know exactly until we get started because there are always little things that come up. I just was hoping to get more opinions and get a better idea. We just want to be realistic.
