Jcpenney curtains anyone??

So I was checking out Jcpenney curtains and can I say they're beautiful and dirt cheap!  Anyone here buy their curtains from there?  And if so have they stood the test of time??

Re: Jcpenney curtains anyone??

  • I used to work in this department at Penneys!  I have to say, that most of their curtains are well made and will last.  There are a few styles that are too trendy, though, and will probably look dated sooner rather than later.  Make sure you like the associate that is helping you...they can really help you design your look and recommend products.  Also, they're on commission. • I've bought several pairs of blackout curtains from JCP online and love them. Linden Street brand, I think. Their blackout shades are great too. They really work. I was pretty impressed when the woman in the store told me they actually test the blackout curtains in the store by holding a flashlight up to them.

  • I've bought them many times and give them a good rating!
  • We just bought a house and had so many window treatments to buy. We got quite a few curtains plus curtain rods at JCPenney and love them. The ones we got are very high quality, they don't feel thin or cheap, and I feel like they will last for a long while.

  • I have purchased a few pairs of drapes (and returned some), but I love the ones that we ended up keeping.

  • I am very picky about curtains and I just bought some at JC Penney after looking at tons of places (custom and off the shelf curtains). I think JC Penney curtains are very good quality. Most of the curtains in our house are custom but the ones I got at JC Penney are comparable.
  • I've bought from them several times and have always been very happy with them.
