Here's a link for the Dress and Shoes. I actually found both via Pinterest. I pinned the dress last year but it was out of stock until just recently. The shoes I noticed right after I bought the dress.
I think that dress was featured in a Nate Berkus show, and the stylist, styled it multiple ways.
Both the dress and booties are cute, I like more opaque/semi opaque tights over sheer, but it all depends where you are planning to wear the dress. The dress would be very sute with a feaux fur vest over it for winter.
I think this would be awesome...and I happen to have these accessories...
