I am oficially late. I was due for my period yesterday and I still have yet to begin. I am starting to have a glimmer of hope. Trying to distract myself. I took my temp this morning and it was still up at 97.6. I hope I am not just making myself late since I am stressed about being late. I must say that I am usually so regular you could set a clock by me. The last four cycles I charted my cycle was exactly 30 days and I started my period at about 4pm on day one. I am now on day 32 with no period.....If no period by tomorrow I will test in the morning. How I will wait till then I don't know. Oh and the school now has blocked blogger and wordpress. So I can't even distract myself by reading your blogs. argh. I am not good at waiting!

Re: late...
That's great news...fingers crossed!
I know what you mean about blogs. I can't look at anything b/c my server blocks nearly all sites. Would you mind explaining to me the process you are going through? Michele and I have been starting to do some research and would like any insight we can get. We are from the same area so it would be great to find out where you are going etc.
::crosses fingers::
See, I knew there was still hope. What dpo will you be tomorrow? 12?
Good luck!

Ohhhh...how exciting!
Let me recommend the digital pregnancy tests. When we took ours, we had one with a line and we were both squinting saying, "I think I see another line..." When we got the digital one, there was no question.

We are doing unmedicated iuis with donor sperm. We are using the artificial insemination center of greater boston http://www.aicgb.com/info.html for the iui. It is part of the midwife's of mt auburn hospital. They charge $150 for an iui. They are really nice and the midwives do the iui in the office and are on call on the weekends so that you can always have the insem on the day after you get a pos. opk. We have really liked working with them and the have been great ( so far we have only done one iui and had one office visit) They have free storage for spermciles (with in reason). We started looking at donors this summer chose one in september and did our first insem in october. We are now as you know in the 2 week wait. You can check out my blog to see the blow by blow details.
Thanks so much for the info! I'll be sure to take a look at your blog when I get home from work.
We are at the point where we feel clueless. We have bought a book to read through and have started doing some research but we aren't yet sure what exactly our insurance covers and how to begin the process. We had been thinking about setting up a cosultation with Boston IVF to maybe get some more detailed information.
i still cant believe they only charge you $150 with free storage! we have insurance coverage for IUIs but i think with our copays/coinsurance, we're still over that!
might just be worth the drive up to beantown once a month....
