Daily Hair Ideas and Other Great Tips

This style I did on one of my friends. A lot people think with short hair there is not much to do, but there really is a lot you can do
We triple barreled her hair which gave it a really cool look and different than just curling it, flat ironed her bangs and added a cute inverted braid, then just with a few bobby pins we pinned it back and had a finished style.
Would you wear this style? Where would you wear it too? Feed back ladies
Re: Daily Hair Ideas and Other Great Tips
I like the front a lot, but the back is NMS. So are you a hairdresser? Or is it just a hobby?
What I want to know is how to give my hair volume on top (like in a ponytail, etc). It never seems to stay or look right.
my read shelf:
It started as a hobby in highschool, but now I am a licensed cosmetologist.
And what is your hair type? Some easy ways to get volume are: blowing drying your hair in all different directions and upside down, teasing(with hairspray for hold), or using rootlifters-volumizing shampoos, volumizing root lifter spray before blow drying etc.
I have pretty thick hair, wavy in back but straight in the front. When I blow dry upside down, it gets tons of volume, but I can never get it to stay when I put it up. I guess I need to work on teasing at the crown and then brushing over it so it's smooth.
my read shelf:
Sorry, but I would not. My hair is about that length with no bangs, but that hair just looks frizzy and messy in the back. The waterfall braid is better, but the frizz gets me.

A lot of people ask me how to get pretty curls with short hair-without looking like shirley temple-here I used a medium size iron and sectioned the hair vertically-taking big sections. In the front, on both sides for the first three sections i curled back. After that just curl each section a different way-to give that nice flowing look. After you're done, run your fingers through and tada!
This.
Too many styles happening all at once, messy but overdone at the same time. Sorry. And that's coming from someone who used a 3-barrel iron this morning.
