What do you use to clean your wedding rings? I've been using a red jar from Target or BBB bit didn't know if there was something better out there. Want to give it to my future SIL.
TIA!

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
shane co recommended to soak my ring in windex for a few minutes, every now and then giving the container a light shake. then to rinse the ring off in warm water and then if you have time blow dry with warm air. last step isn't necessary but all steps together are the closest thing we can do compared to a professional cleaning.
my ring is always super sparkly after!!!
I hope no one minds me piggy-backing on this thread...my ring came from a private jeweler and not a "store" so if I want to have it professionally cleaned does anyone have any suggestions on where I can take it?
Will I get crazy looks/is it really rude to take it to a chain jewelry store and ask them to clean it?
You can take it to a chain store and ask them to clean it. They don't care where it came from. My wedding ring was also from a private jeweler and they never ask about it.
I do soap and warm water: let the rings soak for a few min, then scrub it under the water with a soft toothbrush, making sure to get under the stones as well. Rinse with cool tap water and let air dry on a paper towel. They look amazing when that's finished. I do a pro cleaning at the jewelry store at least every 6 months when I have my e-ring inspected.
