Breakfast - mini blueberry muffins
Lunch & Dinner - leftovers: I made taco filling last night, we have a burger/fries/broccoli left from the night before, and I have a couple of things I took out of the freezer that need to be eaten up if they're still good
B - Banana Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
L - Leftover BBQ Chicken Salad
D - Not sure yet, probably just cereal since I get home late

I am eating like crap this week, except for dinners, which DH is cooking.

B - PB sandwich with a glass of whole milk
L - vegetarian chili with Greek yogurt
D - not sure since it will be late when I get home
B- 2 pieces of whole-wheat toast. 1 with peanut butter and the other with fruit preserves and butter
L - spaghetti with olive oil and fresh tomatoes and bread
D - No clue. Veggie burgers, fries and broccoli?
It's really easy.
Put ingredients in blender in this order:
-Handful of ice
-1 cup of skim milk
-1 whole banana, sliced
-3/4 scoop of protein powder (I use vanilla flavored)
-1 1/2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
Breakfast- Pumpkin cream cheese muffin and salted mocha latte (free).
Lunch- Out
Dinner- beef burritos and black beans w/chips and salsa
B-I had a chobani and a bagel
L-probably a lean cuisine spinach & mushroom pizza, carrot chips and hummus
D-pizza night
