Panko Crusted Tilapia
I thought i would share this recipe. It is the best tilapia I have ever had and so easy to make.

It's not too expensive at my grocery store, but something always stops me from paying $2.00 for a smallish box of breadcrumbs. lol.
Trader Joe's is half an hour away and always jam packed with people. So frustrating that I only go there 4 or 5 times a year to stock up on favorites!
