What's for dinner this week?
For some reason I had a hard time meal planning this week but this is what I came up with:
Sunday- Chicken
pasta soup with crusty bread for dinner
Monday- Spinach Lasagna Rollups
Tuesday- Scrambled
eggs with avocado on toast
Wednesday- Southwest Eggrolls
Thursday- Overnight French Toast with turkey bacon
Friday- Italian sausage and peppers over pasta
Saturday- Chili with Monterey

Re: What's for dinner this week?
I only have a few things planned:
Monday - Baked Potato Soup in crockpot
Tuesday - Garlic grilled shrimp and oven roasted asparagus
Wednesday - ranch chicken

Sunday - Chicken and Dumplings in the crockpot
Monday - Meat loaf and mashed potatoes
Tuesday - at my parents for my dad's birthday
Wednesday - probably eating out for DH's sister's birthday
Thursday - Pasta with alfredo sauce and garlic bread. Possibly a salad as well
Not sure yet for Friday and Saturday

Saturday: chicken cooked in the smoker
Sunday: DH is making Pho
Monday: Crispy pork with Garlic and Broccoli in a Soy-Hoisin Sauce
Tuesday: Spanich Lasagna Roll ups
Wednesday: Fish and Quinoa with Roasted Garlic, Tomatoes, and Spinach
Thursday: Not sure it?s a late night for me (Maybe leftovers?)
Friday: Shredded Chicken with Chiles
Saturday: Fish?
I have vowed not to grocery shop this week (well, milk and bread I can buy). I've been overbuying and now the giant freezer is full. We're eating what we have.
Monday: Cheesy tuna noodles and vegetables
Tuesday: chicken strips and acorn squash
Wednesday: going out with the in-laws
Thursday: pork chops, potatoes, and vegetables,
Friday: grilled cheese and tomato soup
Monday- Lemon & herb tilapia, steamed mixed veggies, brown rice, bread rolls.
Tuesday- Slow-cooker beef stew with potatoes, carrots, and celery.
Wednesday- Lemon & Dill chicken, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and bread.
Thursday- Chicken encheladas w/ black beans and corn.
Friday- Stuffed shells w/ garden salad and garlic bread.
Saturday- We're going to a friend's house for a congregation get-together. I am bringing cheesecake thumbprint cookies topped with strawberries and raspberries.
Sunday: at a bbq
MonDay: lentil and kale soup with homemade sourdough bread
Tuesday: beef tacos
Wednesday: stuffed pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta with Parmesan chive potatoes. For dessert we have berry croistatas with homemade vanilla ice cream. It's our anniversary
Thursday: leftover tacos
Friday: leftover pork
Saturday: I'm photographing a wedding so dh gets leftover soup or a frozen quiche

If you don't have the time to make the homemade sauce I'm sure they'd still be good with whatever you've got, but the sauce is really good!
Sun- Mexican taco shells
Mon- Broccoli, cheese and chicken braided crescent bread
Tues- Had a group-bonding thing for work where I got free dinner
Wednes- Spicy pork tenderloin with red peppers and Spanish rice
Thurs- Chicken pot pie
Fri- Eat out
Sat- Spaghetti
