Update to Wells Fargo Down Payment Program
A few weeks ago I posted asking if anyone had experience with
Wells Fargo NeighborhoodLift Program, as I was skeptical.
We went to the event last week, walked away with a pre=approval letter for a mortgage, a letter reserving our 15k and another letter reserving an extra $4500 through a state-wide program we didn't know about, but was there also. It was the best. day. ever.
We just signed the counter offer to a purchase agreement on a house last night. It looks like this program is coming to Philadelphia and DC in the next 2 months, so if you are looking to buy, and meet the income qualifications, check it out!
