Horrible Hives after Eyebrow Waxing
I had my brows done last night, and broke out in red blotchy hives almost immediately. I've been using Benadryl spray and cortison cream, but today they are still there.
Does this happen to anyone else? Do you have any 'cures' to make the hives go away?
Re: Horrible Hives after Eyebrow Waxing
I'm not sure if it's exactly the same, but I get a blistering rash if I use wax at all (learned the hard way after a bikini wax - it was *awful*). Hydrocortisone cream works for me, but it takes several days to go away, unfortunately.
Which is why I now don't wax, my skin is too sensitive. I get threaded for stuff on my face and am getting laser hair removal for the bikini area.
Hope you heal quickly!
