I've never made beef stew, but want to try it. Anyone have a good recipe?
Re: Crock Pot Beef Stew
I used this recipe a few nights ago. It was pretty tastey. I can't open the full blog page at work, which is why I am sending you to pinterest. It should take you to the right place.

I get a london broil. I cut it into pieces like stew meat about 1" square and roll in flour. I then brown the meat on the stove top in a frying pan with a small amount of canola oil. Add the browned meat to your crock pot, plus 1 bag baby carrots and about 6 yukon gold potatoes cut up.Add water to just cover the meat, carrot and potato mixture. I also add 1 bag frozen baby peas and 1 bag frozen cut green beans. You can cook it on low in you crock pot for about 8 hours or overnight.
IF I don't add potatoes to the crock pot, I cook potato gnocchi just before serving the stew and serve the stew over top of the gnocchi. You can also serve the stew over noodles or rice.
