My husband just informed me Obama and Romney will be appearing on 60 Minutes tonight. Anyone else planning on watching?

the first one is on DH's and I anniversary. i know what we will both be doing that night. LOL. ever since i had the baby i need a calendar and cannot live without it. too much going on to remember anything anymore. DH thinks it will be a landslide win but i told him that i think it will be closer than he thinks, but i'm on more liberal websites than he is and see more obama supporters than he does. i told him if he wins he will get a bj:) TMI. this is a big deal since it doesn't happen much anymore

They are just distracting people from the topic.
What was the topic being distracted from? She said "Hope the nerds win" and JustAPhase said "Romney's not the nerd." Doesn't seem like issue dodging to me.
vlagrl29 - she was referring to Romney pinning a gay student down and cutting his hair off when he was in high school. I agree that Romney isn't really a nerd, he's more like the prom king that tries to schmooze the other popular kids.

I didn't watch it so I don't know how abrupt the cut was. But I doubt he would have said anything different than what he already said in the press conference and interviews called in direct response to the video. Still - I can see why you would be disappointed.

No, coffeebeen is correct, I was just pointing out that Romney is far from a nerd. He was a bully in school.
